Ha, first international flight for J. He kinda likes the attention in row 1 asking if he can drink chamgange. 10 hours and things will be good. iPhone will go into non roam mode and we'll depend on wifi for the rest of the trip.

Sadness

My brother Andy just notified us that Donna, his sister in law, passed away this morning after a brave battle with brain cancer. Our condolences go out to Craig, Leah, Kurt, Jerry and Jo-ann, Maureen, Andy and the Gilfoy family. I will always remember Donna's quiet smile at family events. She was way too young to depart this earth. Rest in Peace.

Getting Ready

Wrapping up work commitments, making arrangements for communications while traveling, packing, deciding what goes, stays ... fun.

We need to travel light since our rental car is a ford focus and has limited luggage space. It will be hot, so light clothing with good coverage is required.

At least we have all day - we depart at 10PM
